Owner Alicia Nay says with a knowing smile, “It’s a bargain to shop here.”
Owner Alicia Nay, a peninsula native, evaluates each piece for authentication, condition, design and local collector interest. Alicia says, “My most popular items are our heritage house designer handbags like Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci and Hermes. They practically fly off the shelves.”
Return Style’s vast inventory of distinctive costume jewelry is irresistible with styles that go from daring to traditional, including difficult to find clip earrings. The shop has recently introduced a small repertoire of elevated platinum, diamond, gold and precious stone, earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces.
After receiving her graphic design degree Alicia found the store at the moment owner Joyce Pixley wanted to re-retire. Today, 33 years later, the shop is a beloved South Bay institution. Alicia says, “Nobody runs a business like this by themselves. There have been a lot of amazing women that have helped make this business what it is, and currently I have some of the most incredibly talented, smart and warm ladies on my team.”
